Spinach, mushrooms, and cream cheese are combined with pecans and rolled into a chimichanga. This is lightly fried and then covered with Salsa Rosada, a tomato-cream sauce. Served with Mexican rice and beans.
A large cheese chile relleno, covered with our cheese sauce, sits in the middle of the plate, surrounded by six large shrimp, sauteed in a spicy salsa Mexicana.
